Job summary

Bamford is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its prestigious wellness spa in the Cotswolds. You will deliver luxury face and body treatments, following Bamford protocols with full training, and tailor each experience to individual guest needs.

You will also build relationships with guests, provide personalised skincare advice, and promote Bamford products to support each guest's wellbeing journey. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary and growth within a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years spa experience.
• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent (e.g. ITEC/BETEC/CIDESCO).
• Facial qualification as per Bamford protocols or VTCT/ITEC equivalents.
• Lymphatic Drainage qualification (level 3) or equivalent accepted.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury face and body treatments following Bamford protocols.
• Tailor each guest experience to individual needs and preferences.
• Build relationships with guests and provide skincare advice and product recommendations.
• Represent Bamford in line with brand standards and guest service expectations.
