Job summary

Reachdesk, a remote (UK-based) SaaS gifting platform, seeks a Sourcing Manager to own supplier sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment for global client campaigns. You will shape vendor strategy, build a best-in-class network, and manage high-volume sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to create catalogs and lookbooks that turn ideas into standout client campaigns while ensuring quality and on-time delivery across multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products, working directly with suppliers and decorators.
• Proven supplier, decorator or vendor management experience, including negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across orders, pricing, and fulfilment.
• Able to manage workload effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious mindset.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Inventory Management: Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build out our vendor network as the business scales and establish a vetting process.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing to balance market competitiveness with margins for Reachdesk.
• Oversee pricing transparency and stock/quality standards for client orders.
