KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions LTD is partnering with a well-established manufacturer of advanced, ruggedised electronic hardware. A Senior Software Architect is needed to own the software vision across multiple platforms and data management strategies.

The role requires steering the overall software platform, not just implementing predefined requirements. You will manage the software team, collaborate with product management and hardware leads, and engage with customers to align software

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering with hands-on coding experience
• Understanding of software platform architecture and roadmap definition
• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define the software platform vision across multiple platforms and front ends
• Lead the software team and possibly oversee colleagues in another country
• Collaborate with product management, hardware leads and external customers to shape the roadmaps
