Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an International Social Development Specialist to support and grow our ESG advisory and lender due diligence business. You will provide technical leadership on social risk management across infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, industrial, and urban development projects worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESDD, SIA, human rights and social risk assessments for major projects.
• Direct identification and management of social risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop and review Social Management Plans, RAPs, LRPs and Labour Management Plans.
• Advise on corrective actions to meet lender requirements and international best practice.
• Support projects financed by IFIs/DFIs/ECAs and project developers.
