Job summary

WSP is seeking an International Social Development Specialist to lead social risk management across global infrastructure and development projects, including land acquisition, resettlement and livelihood restoration. Qualifications

• Degree in social sciences or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree is preferred for seniority and leadership.
• Experience in social sustainability, ESG advisory or international development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead major international Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) and Social Impact Assessments (SIA).
• Advise on social risk management across infrastructure, energy, mining and urban projects.
• Support lenders and developers through project financing, due diligence, monitoring and ESG reviews.
