Global Social Content Creator & Marketing Manager
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)
Type of Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract

We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Global Social Content Creator and Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s voice across digital platforms on a fixed term basis!
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing compelling content and social strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across international markets.
You will also support the wider Global Marketing Team across Global Brand Planning, launches, and post-campaign analysis.
What you will be doing:
Social Creative Content
- Working with Head of Brand Communications to ensure social media content strategy is fully supported from a content perspective, ensuring consistency while allowing for local market adaptations.
- Develop and execute integrated content campaigns that support product launches, events, and brand initiatives, working closely with Regional teams to feed into campaign plans and ensure guidance on best-in-class practices.
- Working with Global Creative team to brief and execute campaign content for all Social Channels.
- Plan and execute Global briefs for campaigns, awareness days, and global moments – distributing Global content once created with a clear guide for use.
- Research, film, and create product content for Global use across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with external (freelance/agency) designers, videographers, and copywriters to create engaging, high-quality content where relevant.
- Oversee user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Support Global Events – creating content plans for events and execution across all Social Channels in collaboration with key regions.
- Manage the Global Social Media Calendar, ensuring key moments and campaigns are planned and executed effectively.
- Governance of Global Social Strategy – regular meetings with regional teams for execution, reporting, and continual optimization based on analytics and KPIs.
Global Marketing
- Support Global team in compiling Monthly Competitor Reports across all social channels.
- Manage Global Influencer collaborations, identifying relevant influencers, creating briefs, and ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals to create Global brand content.
- Work closely with brand, product marketing, and regional teams to align messaging and campaign priorities.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in social media, content marketing, or brand management (global experience preferred).
- Ability to develop culturally impactful, data-driven creative content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Tools and Platforms:
- Extensive knowledge of all Global Social Platforms.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Experience with Storystream and leveraging UGC content.
- Familiarity with Brandwatch for social scheduling and analytics.
- Proficiency in CapCut for video editing.
- Experience with Wrike for project planning and tracking.
