IQVIA Biotech UK is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Associate to manage contract strategy and oversee start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors. In this role you will support complex studies and multi-protocol programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence, with potential line-management responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
• 5+ years of site contracting experience within a sponsor or CRO, including international contracting expertise.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and success in matrix teams.
• Advanced legal, financial, and technical writing abilities.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial regulations, GCP/ICH, and drug development.
• Knowledge of local and global regulatory requirements, SOPs, and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies.
• Create and maintain contract and budget templates, systems, tools, processes, and training materials.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regional teams to ensure timely delivery and sponsor compliance.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting expertise for site agreements and start-up.
• Review documentation for study initiation and maintain CTMS and project trackers.
• Analyze contracting landscape and disseminate contracting intelligence across the company.
• Ensure contracting efficiency and achievement of financial targets.
• Mentor and coach colleagues; present to clients as needed.
