Job summary

Novartis UK Ltd in London is seeking a Contracting Specialist - Clinical Study Start-Up to lead contracting activities that enable clinical studies to launch on time. You will coordinate contracts, confidentiality agreements and amendments, negotiating terms with sites and institutions to support rapid study activation.

Working in a hybrid policy with onsite expectations, you will collaborate with CRAs, CTAs, Finance and global study teams to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC and Health

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in clinical trials, SSU or related environment.
• Experience supporting contracts, budgets or study start-up activities.
• Understanding ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC requirements and HA regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Support country SSU strategy with Managers and Team Leads to meet timelines.
• Coordinate, prepare and execute study contracts, confidentiality agreements and amendments.
• Track contract status from negotiation to dispatch, execution and return.
• Negotiate financial and legal terms with sites and institutions.
