IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Manager (Global) for sponsor-facing work. You will lead strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation across studies and regions to accelerate patient enrollment.

Responsibilities include site identification and selection, ethics and regulatory submissions, site contracting, and lifecycle management aligned with ICH-GCP. You will collaborate across regions and with sponsors to keep timelines and budgets on track.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in clinical research, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven international project experience across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead strategic, operational, and financial delivery of Site Activation activities.
• Oversee site identification, ethics and regulatory submissions, and site contracting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regions, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient start-up execution.
• Manage regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential document processes.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to support study delivery and bid processes.
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support sponsor-facing activities.
