Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing candidates in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades and engineers is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping and proactive pipeline building.
• Experience with marine, cruising, or technical sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sources candidates through social media, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Develops pipelines for shipboard roles to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conducts initial screenings to assess skills and fit for marine roles.
• Maintains ATS data accuracy and reports on KPIs.
• Collaborates with recruiters and universities, career fairs, and industry bodies.
