Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently lead an agreed portfolio of cross-functional projects supporting international growth, focused on new market, retailer and channel launches.

The role owns integrated delivery from project definition through launch and transition into ongoing operations, bringing together Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Technology and People as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional, senior-stakeholder projects.
• Go-to-market launches experience, ideally in beauty/retail.
• Strong planning, risk, governance and transition skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from definition to launch and handover.
• Create integrated project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Engage functions early; clarify scope and timelines.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and present clear recommendations.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; escalate with options.
• Ensure launch readiness with required sign-offs.
• Report progress with clear documentation and transparency.
