Nemetschek Se2 seeks a senior executive recruitment lead to drive global, multi-brand hiring from intake to close. You will partner with board members and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, build talent maps and close top-level roles across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.

In this in-house role you will blend retained search discipline with fast, direct-hire sourcing, leveraging modern tools to attract passive candidates while maintaining confidentiality and a high-touch candidate experience.

Formación

• Typically 8+ years in senior/executive recruitment, combining retained executive search with contingency/direct-hire methods.
• Experience recruiting in software/technology — SaaS, enterprise software, AEC/O or related B2B tech strongly preferred, with credibility on product, GTM and technical topics.
• A track record of closing Senior Director, VP and C-suite appointments across several of: GTM, Engineering/Product, Finance and HR/People.
• Global search experience across multiple regions, with a grasp of international hiring practices and compensation structures.
• Proven ability to build talent-mapping and competitor-intelligence projects from scratch.
• Expert sourcing and headhunting capability, strong executive presence, and skill in structured senior-level assessment.
• Commercial judgement on compensation benchmarking and executive offer construction, plus discretion with confidential searches.
• Comfort operating autonomously in a matrixed, multi-brand global organisation
• Familiarity with modern recruitment technology (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors/SmartRecruiters, AI-enabled sourcing and research tools).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end senior, executive and leadership searches across the Group’s global brands and functions — from intake and search strategy through offer and close.
• Build talent maps, competitor mapping and market intelligence across enterprise software, SaaS, AEC/O technology and media technology.
• Headhunt proactively, engaging passive senior talent through executive search research techniques and modern tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray, ATS, AI-enabled sourcing).
• Deliver senior hires across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps), Technical (Engineering, Product, R&D, Data/AI), Finance and HR/People — for both individual brands and corporate leadership.
• Advise hiring leaders and Board-level stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, compensation positioning and search strategy.
• Run structured intake briefings and produce executive-ready shortlists, market maps and hiring committee materials.
• Deliver a high-touch, confidential candidate experience; design competency-based assessment and coach panels on structured, bias-aware interviewing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting data in our ATS, and champion AI-enabled sourcing and assessment tools to raise speed and quality.
• Share talent intelligence with the wider People team to inform workforce planning and succession pipelines.
