The role centers on leadership identification, market mapping, and managing candidates throughout the search lifecycle in close collaboration with consultants, across retained mandates.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search delivery, research, or a candidate-focused recruitment role.
• Strong track record of identifying and engaging senior talent.
• Confidence operating in retained, high-value search environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate identification and engagement across retained executive search mandates.
• Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence in specialist sectors.
• Head hunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates internationally.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the full search lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Consultants who manage client relationships and winning work.
