• Conduct candidate qualification calls and competency-based interviews.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the search process.
• Produce candidate reports, market insights, and shortlist documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Directors to refine search strategies.
• Keep accurate records and activity in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
