Stonor Search is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager/Account Director to lead global accounts from our London base. You will build and sustain relationships across multiple departments, while converting inbound leads and driving merchandise orders for prestigious brands.

The role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on engagement, offering strong progression into senior leadership, flexible/home-based working arrangements, and a structured bonus/commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Sales professionals in the promotional merchandising industry
• Experience leading major accounts and managing client relationships

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships within key departments for assigned clients (sales, marketing, procurement).
• Help convert inbound leads into new repeat clients.
• Understand client business initiatives, brand strategy, campaigns, product introductions to proactively present product ranges and secure merchandise orders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, sales philosophy and industry conditions to provide innovative support and technical assistance to customers.
