Job summary
KLA Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support international logistics, movement of semiconductor equipment, spare parts, and materials across global networks. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage warehouse activity, and ensure compliance with trade requirements.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, freight providers, and customs brokers to uphold service levels and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional logistics experience.
- Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or international supply chain environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, urgent, and critical shipments between sites, suppliers, depots, and customer locations.
- Oversee shipment status, delivery performance, POD updates, and address exceptions promptly.
- Manage warehouse activity, inventory movements, cycle counts, and stock investigations to safeguard availability.
- Collaborate with service, planning, procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to support commitments.
- Support import/export, shipping documentation, controlled shipments, and customs compliance.
- Ensure SAP/ERP transactions and KPI reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.
