Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to support the PM Ops team and streamline the creation and management of machine-build specifications (SCD). You will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Marketing to enable Product Marketing Managers to focus on strategic tasks.

The role emphasizes coordination of documents, quotes and demos, with strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Familiar with SAP, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree with related work experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate System Configuration Document (SCD) and related data.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Marketing.
• Assist with quote coordination and sample/demo logistics.
• Track slot plans and manage demo requests and responses.
