Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Global Security Operations Centre Specialist to oversee incident management and crisis response across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role emphasizes written updates, alarm monitoring, and collaboration with intelligence teams to safeguard personnel and assets.

You will support the crisis framework, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce analytical reports while ensuring strict adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Global Security Operations Centre environment handling incidents and crisis events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to report clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with incident response processes, investigations, and security operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely written updates to stakeholders on incidents affecting staff and assets across EMEA.
• Oversee travel security, coordinate with intelligence teams and vendors to safeguard staff.
• Produce travel and analytic reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Serve as initial contact for travel advice, security incidents, CCTV requests, and escalations.
• Support crisis management by organizing meetings, taking minutes, and updating on actions.
• Monitor facilities alarms, investigate and escalate according to SLAs; conduct CCTV-based checks.
