Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a full-time GSOC Analyst to join our London-based Global Security Operations Centre, providing 24/7/365 support for a multinational client. The role emphasizes operational security monitoring, incident response, and stakeholder reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 1–4 years in security operations, strong writing and research skills, and fluency in English. Arabic/Portuguese fluency is desirable; office-based with shift-based hours in central London.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in security operations, intelligence, investigations, or related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and professional writing skills; ability to deliver clear, accurate output in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to convey complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Previous or strong interest in global security, geopolitics, intelligence, or investigations.
• Ability to assess information, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Understanding of security-related issues in corporate or operational settings; capable of balanced decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global security developments from internal reports, stakeholders, OSINT, social media, and intel platforms.
• Identify, assess, and escalate incidents; support stakeholders in response.
• Prepare and distribute security alerts, situational updates, and travel security communications.
• Support emergency notification processes during incidents, crises, exercises, and other situations.
• Contact employees and travellers during emergencies and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regional and global security teams for cross-regional incident response.
• Assist with crisis management activities, exercises, and event security operations.
• Provide security and crisis management support to employees and business travellers.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and travellers; manage security communications.
