Job summary

G MASS is seeking an experienced settlements professional to manage the end-to-end settlement of repo, cash bonds and equities on a global scale. You will resolve settlement fails and unmatched trades on the Gloss platform, investigate exceptions, and liaise with counterparties and custodians to clear breaks.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a high-volume BAU environment with a view to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Securities Settlements covering repo, cash bonds and/or equities.
• Hands-on experience using Broadridge Gloss
• Strong understanding of settlement lifecycles across multiple asset classes
• Experience managing settlement exceptions and fail resolution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a high-volume, BAU environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the settlement of repo, cash bond and equity transactions across global markets
• Monitor and resolve settlement fails and unmatched trades on the Gloss platform
• Investigate and escalate settlement exceptions in a timely manner
• Liaise with counterparties, custodians and internal stakeholders to resolve breaks and queries
• Perform daily reconciliations and break resolution across products
• Support BAU processing and contribute to operational control and process improvement initiatives
