Job summary

Greenwich Partners is seeking an Investment Associate to join a leading private equity secondaries team in London. The role focuses on origination and execution of global secondary investments, with hands-on involvement in due diligence, valuations, and modelling throughout the deal cycle.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience from a private equity secondaries group, a senior analyst/associate from another PE group, or from a Tier 1 investment bank/advisory.

Qualifications

• Due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions.
• Valuations and financial modelling.
• Deal execution from beginning to completion.
• Deal negotiation and structuring.
• Strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary.
• Management of advisors.

Responsibilities

• Origination and execution of investments for the fund in global secondary deals.
• Support valuation and modelling work for potential investments.
• Lead deal execution and negotiations through to close.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams.
