Job summary

Greenwich Partners Limited is seeking an Investment Associate to join its private equity secondaries team in Greater London. The role focuses on origination and execution of investments for the fund in global secondary deals.

Day to day you will conduct due diligence, build valuations and financial models, and manage deal execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience in PE secondaries or tier-one banks/advisory groups.

Qualifications

• Senior Analyst/ Associate from another private equity group or private equity secondaries group.
• Senior Analyst/ Associate from a tier one investment bank or advisory firm.
• 3-5 years of professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions.
• Valuations and financial modelling.
• Deal execution from beginning to completion.
• Deal negotiation and structuring.
• Strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary.
• Management of advisors.
