You will work on due diligence, valuations and financial modelling, and support deal execution, negotiation and structuring, with a role that emphasizes strategic analysis and advisor management across the deal lifecycle.

Formación

• 1–2 years of relevant private equity or investment banking experience.
• Experience with due diligence, valuations and financial modelling.
• Experience in deal execution, negotiation and structuring.
• Background in private equity secondaries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Due diligence on potential secondary investments.
• Valuations and financial modelling for prospective deals.
