Job summary

Volta is seeking a Global Schedule Manager to own planning and scheduling standards across all Volta projects. You will build and maintain the integrated master schedule across the fleet, govern baselines and track progress, while driving schedule risk analysis and mitigation with project teams.

You will also interrogate contractor schedules, report portfolio performance to leadership, and coach project controls leads on planning practice.

Qualifications

• Planning experience on data center or major capital projects is essential.
• Expert command of Primavera P6 and structured scheduling practice.
• Experience across multiple concurrent projects or portfolio-level planning.
• A track record running schedule risk analysis on complex programs.
• The confidence to challenge contractor and project schedules constructively.
• Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones.
