Job summary

Theo James Recruitment is recruiting a UK Supply Chain & SAP Process Manager to take ownership of supply chain processes, SAP systems and continuous improvement across multiple UK sites.

Predominantly site-based in Middlesbrough, with some flexibility for the right candidate. The role focuses on leading improvements, standardising practices and coordinating with international teams on SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP experience, ideally including S/4HANA.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, operations or manufacturing.
• Experience improving operational processes and implementing system changes.
• Understanding of ERP systems, process mapping and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to engage operational teams and communicate effectively with international colleagues.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with genuine enthusiasm for improving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements across supply chain, logistics and operational processes.
• Act as UK SAP business expert, supporting S/4HANA developments, testing and implementation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting and system improvements.
• Standardise processes and working practices across UK locations.
• Collaborate with international teams on SAP projects and future system rollouts.
• Support operational teams, improve KPIs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop relationships across Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT and Finance.
