Job summary

Elanco is seeking an experienced ERP Operations Manager to own end-to-end SAP AMS operations. You will drive operational stability, governance, and service excellence across global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Lead vendor management for AMS partners, define Run playbooks, and ensure GxP compliance while advancing automation and efficiency initiatives within a regulated pharma context.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ERP/SAP operations delivery in global settings.
• Proven track record managing outsourced AMS partners and driving vendor accountability.
• Awareness of GxP/Validation and IT governance in ERP environments.
• Experience in regulated Life Sciences/Pharma contexts is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day vendor management of SAP AMS partners and SLAs.
• Own the delivery of SAP services across global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Define the Run blueprint and templates for incident, change, and release management.
• Engage with ERP leadership to understand demand and assess incidents impact.
• Ensure GxP compliance and IT governance in SAP changes and operations.
• Represent the TechOps team at SAP reviews, CABs, and Problem Reviews.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive shift-left initiatives.
