Job summary

Elanco is seeking an experienced ERP Operations Manager to own end-to-end SAP AMS operations, driving operational stability and a governance framework for future ERP pillars. You will partner with global SAP leads, ITSM, and business stakeholders to ensure high-availability processes that scale across the enterprise.

Your responsibilities include vendor management with SAP AMS partners, Run/incident/change management, and reporting on ERP performance.

Qualifications

Extensive ERP/SAP operations delivery experience in global environments.
Proven ability to manage outsourced AMS partners and drive accountability.
Knowledge of SAP lifecycle management, transport, GxP/Validation, ERP governance.
Experience in regulated Life Sciences/Pharma environments and IT audits.
Certified or strong awareness of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

Vendor management of SAP AMS partners, ensuring SLAs and customer-focused service.
Own day-to-day SAP services supporting global Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality with high availability.
Define the Run for ERP ecosystem and templates for incident, change and release mgmt.
Engage with ERP leadership to understand demand, improvements and incident impact.
Collaborate with SAP functional leads, Data Integrity teams and Solution Architects for service suitability.
