Job summary

Roche seeks a Senior Safety Process Director to lead global safety processes across medicines, devices and digital health. You will act as a Global Process Owner, guiding complex safety activities and partnering with Safety Science Leaders and cross-functional teams to harmonize initiatives.

You will drive process innovation, translate scientific and regulatory foundations into practical practices, and influence governance to support safe development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering or related field.
• Extensive Pharmacovigilance and Safety Science experience.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA/EMA/MHRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of global safety processes for medicines, devices, and digital health.
• Serve as Global Process Owner or senior SME for complex safety activities.
• Collaborate with Safety Science Leaders and cross-functional teams to harmonize initiatives.
