Job summary

Roche Products Ltd. seeks an accomplished Safety Process Director/Senior Director to lead global safety processes across medicines, devices, and digital health. You will shape frameworks, act as a senior expert, and partner with Safety Science Leaders and cross-functional teams to harmonize initiatives.

You will design operating models translating complex safety requirements into scalable practices, driving governance and continuous improvement in patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Science with deep Signal & Risk Management expertise.
• Strong command of global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, MHRA).

Responsibilities

• Design and govern global operating models translating safety requirements into scalable practices.
• Lead design and continuous improvement of global safety processes.
• Act as Global Process Owner or senior expert for complex safety activities.
• Partner with Safety Science Leaders, the QPPV/PRRC offices and global teams.
• Drive process innovation to strengthen Roche’s safety capabilities.
• Translate scientific foundations of Signal Management and Risk Management into practices.
• Influence governance discussions to support safe development of medicines and digital health solutions.
