Job summary

Roche Products Ltd is seeking a Safety Process Director/Senior Director to design and govern global safety processes that translate complex safety requirements into scalable, high-impact practices across medicines, devices and digital health solutions.

You will lead global process ownership for pharmacovigilance and risk management, partner with Safety Science Leaders and regulatory offices, and drive innovation while ensuring compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

MD or Life Sciences degree required.
Extensive Pharmacovigilance and Safety Science experience.
Deep expertise in Signal Management and Risk Management.
Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, MHRA).

Responsibilities

Lead the design and governance of global safety processes.
Act as Global Process Owner or senior expert for complex safety activities.
Partner with Safety Science Leaders and regulatory offices to harmonize safety initiatives.
Drive process innovation to strengthen safety capabilities and collaborations.
Translate regulatory foundations of Signal Management and Risk Management into practices.
Influence governance discussions to support safe development of medicines, devices and digital health solutions.
