RELX is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead global category strategy and supplier management for Editorial Production Operations. You will shape sourcing, negotiate high‑value contracts, and drive value across content services, software, AI platforms and translation providers.

Experience leading strategic sourcing for content production and technology/saaS.
Proven track record in negotiating high-value contracts and delivering business benefits.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and data-driven sourcing insights.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for content production, software, SaaS, and AI platforms.
Structure MSAs, SOWs, SaaS subscriptions, and licensing across multiple pricing models.
Apply category management and market benchmarking to create plans with measurable benefits.
Leverage AI/GenAI and BI tools to drive sourcing decisions.
Manage relationships with strategic technology suppliers and stakeholders.
