Job summary

Cledara is seeking a Head of Finance to be a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing the global finance function across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive rigorous financial modeling, real-time data analysis, and ensure lean, high-performing financial operations.

The role can be based in London or Barcelona, with a hybrid work model to support collaboration and growth. You will lead budgeting, governance, and reporting to enable scalable SaaS growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS or fintech finance leadership.
• Experience leading multi-jurisdictional finance functions and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning and annual budgeting; maintain long-range forecast.
• Oversee international finance operations in UK, US and EEA; multi-currency reporting.
• Own key business metrics and provide actionable analytics to the leadership team.
• Support fundraising and investor relations; manage data rooms and due diligence.
