Automation Experts in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Controls & Robotics Integration Engineer to design and deliver bespoke robotic and automation solutions for manufacturers across the UK and overseas. The role offers diverse projects from concept through to commissioning and requires hands-on robotics programming and system integration expertise.

Qualifications

• Industrial robotics programming and integration experience.
• Experience with leading robot manufacturers (Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki, Nachi).
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial automation environments.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Programming and integrating industrial robotic systems
• Developing complete robotic automation solutions
• Supporting system design from concept through to commissioning
• Installing, commissioning and optimising systems on customer sites
• Fault finding and supporting existing installations
• Managing technical aspects of projects
• Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues on robotics technologies
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high technical standard
