Job summary

Avaloq, the Swiss wealthtech leader, is expanding its Total Reward & Performance team in Edinburgh. The Reward Consultant will partner with Finance, Payroll, Sales Operations and People Teams to drive best-practice on an international scale.

You will deliver high-quality analysis, reporting and operational reward support for the annual pay review, benchmarking and pay equity, while managing incentive plans and data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Reward, benchmarking and pay equity.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders and translate concepts.

Responsibilities

• Run analysis to support the annual pay review and performance cycle.
• Complete market benchmarking and prepare benchmarking outputs.
• Contribute to pay equity activities including gender pay gap reporting.
• Manage sales incentive and commission data, eligibility and validation.
• Maintain reward data, templates and process documentation.
• Provide first-line support for standard reward queries.
