Job summary

Inizio seeks an experienced revenue recognition leader to head its global Revenue team within Global Finance Services in Manchester, UK. You will own policies, controls, and processes for GAAP/IFRS compliance while guiding pricing model implications and supporting growth initiatives.

You will manage a mature Revenue function, embed standardized global processes, and lead the transition of revenue accounting activities into GFS through 2027, including integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in revenue function leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and ASC 606 and SOX controls.
• Experience with global Shared Services or GBS finance operations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Revenue function and drive day-to-day delivery and transformation.
• Own revenue recognition policies, processes and controls for GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Review complex customer contracts and provide technical revenue guidance with Legal input.
• Oversee month-end/quarter-end close and support revenue forecasting with FP&A.
• Drive standardisation, automation and tech in Revenue processes; manage acquisitions.
