Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead all programme management within the Global Retail Design & Experience team. You will drive clarity, focus and delivery across a large, fast-moving portfolio, overseeing a team of PMs and coordinating with global and regional stakeholders.

This role requires experience in senior programme management, strong leadership, and the ability to prioritise across multiple product categories and workstreams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior programme or portfolio management in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Proven leadership of project management teams.
• Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects with frequent change.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end programme management function for Global Retail Design & Experience.
• Maintain a clear, updated view across the portfolio of live and pipeline projects.
• Establish robust governance, prioritisation and reporting frameworks for rapid decision‑making.
• Act as the single source of truth for project status, risk and dependencies.
