Job summary

Dyson is seeking a customer-facing retail teammate for a flagship store in Greater London. You will combine sales expertise, service excellence and operational support to create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Deliver hands-on demos, resolve queries and support after‑sales services while aiming to achieve store targets and reinforce Dyson’s premium brand at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium retail or customer‑facing sales.
• Experience assisting customers with product queries or after‑sales services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with technology and customer management systems.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with personalised experiences reflecting Dyson's premium brand.
• Understand needs through active listening and expert product consultation.
• Demonstrate Dyson technologies highlighting features, benefits and innovation.
• Build relationships to encourage loyalty and advocacy.
• Achieve sales targets while keeping a customer‑first approach.
• Support customers with enquiries, troubleshooting, repairs, exchanges and returns.
• Maintain records using Salesforce and Dyson platforms.
• Assist with stock management and store administration.
