Job summary

Avis Budget Group International is seeking a Residual Value Analyst in Bracknell to own end-to-end RV topics for multiple countries. You will forecast RVs, set pricing reserves, and evaluate in-fleeting deals, collaborating with Remarketing, Procurement and Finance teams.

This hybrid role combines data analysis with regular reporting to senior stakeholders, leveraging central RV methodologies and local market insights.

Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in residual values, pricing, remarketing or fleet analytics in automotive, leasing or rental sectors.
Strong understanding of residual values, depreciation, TCO, and buy-back programs for rental fleets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Residual Value forecasts for assigned countries using central methodology.
Set and maintain pricing reserves for remarketing units.
Evaluate deals for new vehicles for in-fleeting with RV-based analysis.
Analyse local used-vehicle trends and incentives for each country.
Collaborate with Remarketing, Procurement and Fleet Planning teams to align on disposal strategy.
Monitor fleet cycling and de-fleet timing to optimise RV realisation across channels.
Prepare country-level RV reports, dashboards and presentations for RV Manager and stakeholders.
Escalate model issues and feed local market insights to refine the central methodology.
Track EV and alternative-fuel RV trends in markets.
