Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced communications professional to support the Global Reputation team in London. You will help shape strategic communications across the organization, manage high-profile issues, and partner with global stakeholders to drive coordinated, high-quality execution.

You’ll draft statements and messaging, monitor media and social conversations, and contribute to crisis management and issues playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs
• Experience managing reputational issues or crises
• Experience drafting materials for external and internal audiences
• Experience in global or multi-market environments

Responsibilities

• Monitor media coverage and social activity, identify risks and trends
• Support strategic communications strategies for priorities and time-sensitive issues
• Draft external statements, internal updates, briefing notes and messaging
• Coordinate with media relations teams on cross-border issues
• Help align messaging across markets and stakeholders globally
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the BMC network
• Contribute to playbooks and issues management processes
• Provide insights on evolving media landscapes, including AI and new channels
