Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director to join the Accounting and Regulatory Policy team in the UK to lead development of global capital and liquidity regulatory policies and oversee governance processes.

The role partners with Finance and firm colleagues, manages major deliverables, identifies regulatory risks, mentors talent and advances digital tooling for policy workflows. You will also support Basel-based regulation and advisory queries.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Finance function, product and client segment.
• Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback.
• Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences.
• Experience in regulatory policy, prudential regulation, or related finance.
• Understanding Basel-based regulation and capital or liquidity reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Experience influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
