Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation dedicated to bringing new medicines to patients faster. We are seeking a Global Labelling Lead to shape regulatory labeling strategies and guide cross-functional teams.

You will oversee labeling strategies, mentor labeling professionals, ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory bodies, and drive successful submissions in coordination with Clinical, Legal, and Commercial groups. Based in Reading, UK.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory expertise and strategic guidance on labeling for internal stakeholders.
• Manage preparation of labeling input within regulatory strategies and support negotiation plans.
• Develop labeling strategies for new or revised prescribing information and packaging.
• Advise on labeling requirements, templates, tools, and Health Authority guidance.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, Scientific and Commercial teams to ensure compliant labeling.
