Job summary

Czarnikow (CZ) is seeking a Regenerative Agriculture Programme Manager to lead the continued development, delivery, and rollout of the VIVE Regenerative Agriculture Programme across multiple geographies. The role demands deep technical expertise in regenerative agriculture, decarbonisation, and carbon accounting, plus the ability to translate science into practical guidance for farmers and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience in regenerative or sustainable agriculture is required.
• Experience designing cross-geography feasibility studies and managing complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and rollout of the VIVE programme's technical module across crops and geographies.
• Design and run technical feasibility studies and pilots across multiple geographies.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources; engage donors and funding bodies.
• Monitor regulatory and carbon accounting standards relevant to regenerative agriculture.
• Deliver workshops and produce manuals, reports and case studies for stakeholders.
