Job summary

Czarnikow (CZ) seeks a Regenerative Agriculture Programme Manager to lead the continued development, delivery, and roll-out of the VIVE Regenerative Agriculture Programme’s strategy and modules.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in regenerative agriculture, decarbonisation, and carbon accounting, with global project experience and the ability to translate science into practical guidance for farmers and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in regenerative/sustainable agriculture is advantageous.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience in a similar technical role across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and roll out the technical strategy and module for regenerative agriculture.
• Design and run feasibility studies and pilots across multiple crops and geographies.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; secure funding from donors/funders.
• Monitor regulatory and carbon accounting standards related to regenerative agriculture.
• Deliver workshops and educational materials to build capability among farmers.
• Engage with stakeholders and present findings to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with partners to roll out and improve the programme.
• Mentor junior team members and expand technical knowledge.
