Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Director, Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research to lead data generation planning and evidence strategy across lifecycle assets.

You will partner with global function leaders to design robust non-interventional studies, translate findings for payers, HTA bodies and clinicians, and ensure high-quality, compliant evidence to support market access and product positioning.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD or equivalent in health outcomes or related field.
• 5+ years in global pharma with leadership and line management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable data generation plan.
• Methods expertise to guide real-world evidence methodologies and external collaboration.
• Knowledge of health technology assessment, reimbursement and payer environments globally.
• Strong communication to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of drug development and therapy areas.
• Strong matrix leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across product lifecycles and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of Data Generation book of work.
• Partner effectively with matrix stakeholders in planning and design of the DGP, drive execution and dissemination of data.
• Provide scientific leadership for best practice in real world evidence methodologies.
• Drive innovation by engaging external experts, guideline groups, HTA agencies and policy forums.
• Integrate understanding of evolving HTA bodies, guidelines, and payer environments.
• Lead discussions on prioritization of data generation to meet business needs.
• Deliver materials to inform governance decisions.
• Facilitate alignment within the complex stakeholder matrix across functions.
• Represent GSK in external collaborations and with reimbursement bodies.
• Drive quality, compliance and performance reporting throughout the asset lifecycle.
