Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Head of Real Estate to own our global real estate strategy and transactions. You will set the medium-term plan for hubs in London, New York, and beyond, negotiating leases, managing subleases, and structuring creative deals to adapt to rapid growth.

You’ll work with Finance, Workplace Operations, and leadership to steer a flexible, scalable portfolio. Your first 90 days focus on London and New York, with expansion and sublease activities as priorities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end corporate real estate experience across a multi-city, international portfolio: strategy, site selection, lease negotiation, build-out and exit.
• Has personally led lease negotiations on both sides of the Atlantic, ideally in London and New York, including expansion, contraction, termination and sublease rights.
• Has exited or monetized surplus space through a sublease, surrender or negotiated termination, and can walk through what it cost.
• Experience building flexible footprints (flex and coworking agreements, short leases, enterprise flex deals) and knows when to bring in Tax and Legal on entity questions in a new market.
• Has delivered premium build-outs in partnership with a workplace team, and can explain how a space expressed a company's brand to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Own real estate as a content area and lead the portfolio strategy for multiple hubs.
• Set medium-term plans for each hub and run deals to deliver them.
• Structure creative deals and negotiate favorable outcomes for the company.
• Lead expansion, restructuring and sublease work as hubs grow and business changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Workplace Operations, Tax, Corporate Development and founders on high-impact decisions.
