Job summary

Hoxton is seeking an experienced real estate professional to lead global portfolio optimisation programmes for clients. You will own the programme end to end, from shaping the portfolio strategy through to negotiating transactions and planning works that deliver it.

Our clients are global, so you’ll collaborate with colleagues, landlords and partners across regions and time zones, with some travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Expertise with lease negotiations and developing lease agreements.
• Track record managing design and build partners to deliver projects on time and in budget.
• Projects delivered with measurable outcomes.
• Numeracy with real estate finance concepts such as capex and depreciation.
• Comfort evidencing outcomes through data.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development: shape the portfolio strategy for physical spaces.
• Programme management: provide updates at governance forums with realized benefits.
• Options analysis: develop and compare space options across multiple dimensions.
• Transaction management: negotiate transactions globally across the full lifecycle.
• Project management: plan relocations, moves, build outs with minimal disruption.
