• Collaborate with traders on other currencies and cover additional books as required.
• Lead initiatives to improve desk pricing and efficiency.
• Engage with clients to discuss market developments and support growth of the JPY franchise.

Job Summary:

As a Trader Associate in Global Rates, you will market-make products within your remit and manage a risk portfolio across various markets and products. You will work closely with the team, Sales, and other Trading entities, collaborating to deliver seamless execution and risk management. You will be the primary market‑maker in JPY interest rate swaps and cross‑currency basis, as well as the main cover trader for the JPY STIRT book. You will have the opportunity to drive initiatives and contribute to the growth of the JPY franchise.
