Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing travel arrangements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage travel itineraries for team members, including flights, accommodation, transport and car hire for races and test events.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Travel Manager to ensure cost-effective, compliant bookings within approved budgets.
• Provide after-hours support for travel arrangements and handle admin such as hotel, flight and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed travel records and expenses, process requisitions and invoices, and support the Travel department as needed.
