Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd seeks an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead major global New Product Development programmes, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.

In this role you will manage cross-functional teams, drive phase gate processes, and provide leadership across the R&D function to ensure successful delivery and governance of development projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, scientific, technical or business discipline.
• Experience leading complex R&D programmes or product development.
• Strong project management skills and governance understanding.
• Experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage major NPD projects across global groups within the NPD Phase Gate process.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans covering cross-functional activities.
• Lead project teams to deliver tasks and remove barriers to delivery.
• Provide stakeholder engagement and regular progress communication.
