A leading agricultural technology company is seeking a Global Quality Governance Lead in Manchester. This role involves enhancing the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team to drive quality improvements. Candidates should have solid experience in quality management and a relevant degree, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Quality Governance Lead in Manchester. The role is responsiblefor sustainably improving the effectiveness of the Syngenta Crop Protection Quality Management System while measuring quality performance globally through KPIs and drive improvement in the deployment of the QMS elements.
You’ll be ensuring that all quality governance activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as building a network and strong professional capabilities across the function.

The role is based in our Global Operations Centre in Manchester. This is a hybrid contract, with a minimum 2 days per week to be worked in the office, with remote working available for the remainder of the week (for the first few months, there may be a requirement to spend up to 3 days per week onsite). The site is a local hub for worldwide operations, ensuring growers, globally, have access to the right product at the right time. You will find a dynamic and agile working environment, with a diverse and inclusive culture, with more than 200 employees working on Syngenta’s site.
